My therapy focuses on healing emotional attachments to your childhood, present and generational traumas formed throughout your life. By exploring these deep-seated experiences, we uncover the patterns that shape your emotions, behaviors, relationships, and self-perception. Through this process, I guide you toward releasing old wounds, fostering self-awareness, and creating healthier emotional connections, empowering you to live with greater peace and authenticity. As a therapist, I take an eclectic approach, integrating various alternative, transformational, and evidence-based therapy models to meet your unique needs. 

For many years, I led the Behavioral Health Department at the nonprofit Miami Rescue Mission and Broward Outreach Centers, overseeing therapeutic services, ensuring quality care for clients and serving as a lead therapist. In this role, I worked with individuals experiencing homelessness who faced dual diagnoses—mental health disorders combined with addictions. 

This role allowed me to work with a diverse population struggling with depression, PTSD, anxiety, schizophrenia, personality disorders, addictions and other co-occurring conditions, guiding them toward recovery and stability. Many of my clients successfully completed rehabilitation programs, reclaiming their lives with newfound strength and purpose. This experience strengthened my expertise in trauma, grief, addiction, and mental health, shaping my approach to transformational therapy today.
