Each session is tailored to your needs, offering you a safe and confidential space to create meaningful change.

This is our starting point, where we get to know each other. I’ll listen to your goals, concerns, and needs, and together we’ll map the direction of your work.
All sessions are paid in advance (at least 12 hours prior) to secure your time.
